Summary

Vortex Watch is a watch face for Wear OS. It displays the time using your watch's own system clock and lets you choose between dial designs and dial styles. It has no other function.

Information we do not collect

To be unambiguous, Vortex Watch does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any of the following:

• Personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number
• Account credentials — the app has no accounts and no sign-in
• Location or GPS data of any kind
• Health, fitness, heart rate, or activity data
• Contacts, calendar entries, messages, photos, or files
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or usage analytics
• Crash reports or diagnostic telemetry

This is not a promise to handle your data carefully — it is a statement that no such data is gathered in the first place.

How the watch face works

Vortex Watch is built with Google's Watch Face Format. The watch face is a set of images and a declarative layout file; the Wear OS system renders it. The app contains no executable code of its own.

The time shown comes from your watch's system clock, including its time zone and daylight-saving settings. Reading the clock is a local operation and involves no network request.

When you pick a dial design or a dial style, that choice is saved by Wear OS on your watch, in the same way any other watch face setting is saved. It stays on the device, it is not readable by us, and it is removed when you uninstall the watch face.

Permissions

Vortex Watch requests no Android permissions at all. It cannot access your location, sensors, storage, camera, microphone, contacts, or network, because it never asks for the ability to do so.

Third-party services

Vortex Watch contains no third-party SDKs, advertising libraries, analytics frameworks, or crash-reporting tools. No third party receives any information about you through this app.

If you obtained Vortex Watch through the Google Play Store, Google handles the purchase and distribution under its own privacy policy. That transaction is between you and Google; we receive no personal data from it.

Children's privacy

Vortex Watch is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal information is ever gathered, none can be gathered from a child.

Data retention and deletion

We hold no user data, so there is nothing to retain and nothing to delete on request. Your dial and style preferences live on your watch; uninstalling the watch face removes them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date. If a future version of the app ever collected data, this policy would be updated before that version was released.
